Claudia, a beautiful and intelligent woman from Mexico, was arrested last night and is being held without bail. Claudia bravely went up to Occupy LA, with members of Occupy San Diego and helped them last week in their raid. Claudia is originally from Mexico and could be facing deportation. Claudia has been a huge asset to Occupy San Diego and daily stands up for the rights of American citizens.
Presently she is occupying a jail cell, in a federal holding facility in San Diego, waiting for arraignment which could take place tomorrow. Deportation is a huge problem around the country under the Obama administration, with over a million immigrants deported under his presidency. Claudia was dedicated and committed to the Occupy Wall Street and Occupy San Diego movement.
