A Quiet Night @ Occupy San Diego

The full moon was glowing brightly over the civic center last night. The air was warm without moisture. The people camping were subdued and quiet compared to the nights before. All through the occupation people slept like a mouse. A much needed, restful and quiet sleep is needed to rejuvinate the body, mind and soul. Without decent sleep you cannot think clearly and function in a normal way.

So many things affect our daily lives. Sleep is a big factor. Along with the food and drink we consume, the exercise we do and the words and actions of the days before. To operate at a high level you need to be concsious of these things on a daily level. When we are a Good Neighbor to ourselves first, we can be a Good Neighbor to our family, friends and strangers next.
