Bill of Rights Day: Nationwide Actions Mobilizing Against the NDAA Thursday, December 15, Occupy sites across the country celebrated the 220th anniversary of the ratification of the Bill of Rights. Bill of Rights Day actions and press conferences were coordinated in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Francisco and other areas of the country to stand against the National Defense Authorization Amendment.
